An award-winning writer, architecture critic and urban designer, Lisa Rochon brings an authentic practice of yoga to beautiful spaces - inside masterworks of design or outside below the canopy of oak trees.

Her training in Ubud, Bali and in Dharamsala hill station in the Himalayas, India means she understands the deep roots of yoga and its 2500 year-old history. Combining healing Hatha yoga with powerful Ashtanga flow, Lisa brings the sounds of Tibetan healing bowls to end-of-class savasana. Sink into your mat, listen to the sounds of the East, and enjoy the bliss!

Lisa Rochon received her Yoga Teacher Training (200 hr) from Kailash Tribal School in Dharamsala, India in the Spring, 2015. Kailash is a registered yoga school with the Yoga Alliance and the International Society of Vedic & Yogic Sciences. She also received her certificate in Himalayan Sound Healing. She is currently working toward her 300 hr certification at Downward Dog, Toronto, and has completed intensives in Bio-Mechanics and Restorative Yoga.

Before that, Lisa lived in Bali for 10 months where she wrote a first draft of a historic novel while her son attended Green School in the jungle. She rode her bicycle through Monkey Forest to attend classes at Yoga Barn and, closer to home, practice with a local Balinese yogi at his villa and yoga centre, Taman Hati in Nyuh Kuning, Bali.

Having graduated from The University of Toronto with a Bachelor in Bio+Psych, Agnes Wywrot has a deep appreciation for the body at work.

Spending a few months in India being fully immersed in its cultural practices, Agnes brings a deep awareness of Spirituality and Hatha Flow to each class. Her creativity is not only seen on the mat, but through her lifestyle photography business Northern Wildflower where she brings an authentic experience to families, couples, other Yogis' and Yoga studios alike.
